The icons on the left are the ship's systems. Click or tap on Engines to go into either jump or wrap drive. Defeat hostile enemies with Weapons and/or Shields. Replenish systems by playing the minigames, following brief instructions at the top of each game. Mistakes will cost Health! Playing games also uses your rare resource Trance. Replenish Trance by traveling or exchanging goods with friendly travelers. At game's end, enter your call sign to compare your light-year distance with others.

The minigames will change and become more difficult the further you travel. Be careful not to confuse the CopyCat game with the Reflector game. Also increasing with distance is the likelihood of having to face challenges and solve puzzles simultaneously. Watch for opportunities to exchange your goods or even upgrade your systems.
